I am currently on an eight-month European Solidarity Corps project with the ClareCare charity. I live in Ennis, a medium-sized town in the west of the country, between Galway and Limerick.
This European experience is part of a conscious desire to take a step back, learn in a different way and prepare for the next chapter in my journey. I am scheduled to return to France in April 2026.
If I want to develop my career in digital product design, I need to be able to communicate with developers, clients and product teams from different countries. English is an essential requirement.
This daily immersive experience in an English-speaking environment allows me to perfect my accent, gain confidence in speaking, and develop habits. The main goal is to communicate fluently and without hesitation in a wide range of contexts.
Working within an Irish charity gives me a new perspective on these organisational models. I am convinced that there is much to learn from these structures in order to develop the non-profit organisation sector in France in terms of governance, methods and social impact.
My profile is naturally oriented towards entrepreneurship. Curious by nature, I enjoy learning, testing, making mistakes, adjusting and moving forward. I currently have several ideas in mind, with one goal: to design useful, meaningful projects that have a positive impact.
This commitment in Ireland gives me time to develop these ideas, test them in the field and, perhaps, see a future project emerging. For example, I am working on my creativity through video formats, sharing some of my adventures with my closest friends on a private social network ⬇️
